I am a mother.
I always take the burned food so others don't have to eat it.Example: Vegan Feast, Wed. I took the burned boca, Today I took the Vegan Quesadilla. I'm not complaining, just an observation. Brought by my attention by the wonderful Jen Twigg. Anyhoodles, carry on!

had you been in the donner party, i'm sure you would have been gracious and eaten the burnt human flesh too.
